DCB (Kent) Limited Building and Refurbishment Contractors

We have just completed a £2m refurbishment of the Memorial Hospital at Shooters Hill, London SE5 for Oxleas NHS Foundation Trust. The project was carried out to demanding timescales and standards and has been a great success. The contract was a NEC3 option A. Russ Coleman was project manager (site based) and Darren Wilson was site manager. The project has been reviewed by premier building magazine, an excerpt from the article shown below:

We have recently started work at Harbledown House for Golding Homes (formerly Maidstone Housing Trust). The scheme involves the conversion of 38 bedsits into 19 flats with associated work to common areas and external areas. The contract value is £850,000. Chris Easton is project managing the works from a site base.
