At DCB we operate to a robust health and safety management system.
We have experienced management and operational staff, trained to industry standards. Our training arrangements are based on a continual improvement cycle, with each member of staff having an individual training plan, which is devised incorporating legislation, core skills, personal aspirations and client requirements.
We believe that our policy contributes to business performance through the provision of a structured framework to promote wellbeing and commitment, economical methods of work and through preventing incidents. To this end we place health, safety and welfare at the heart of our business.
We subscribe to H&K Safety Services who have annual awards for safety excellence on site. They undertake monthly inspections which are scored across twenty four key performance indicators (KPIs).
Each stage of the project is monitored and scored. The categories that our projects fall into are very competitive and we are measured against a number of other contractors and several hundred inspections, directly aligned to accident prevention.
